adkred-camera-bridge is operated by Adirondack Real Estate Development, LLC ("ADKRED"). It is a private application used solely by its operator. It is not offered to the public, has no user registration, and has no users other than the operator.
The application receives video and still images from a security camera at a property owned by ADKRED and uploads them to the operator's own Google Drive account for storage and review.
The application requests a single Google OAuth scope:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. This scope limits access
strictly to files and folders the application itself creates. The application
cannot see, read, modify or delete any other file in the connected Google Drive
account.
Within that scope, the application creates one folder and writes camera footage into it. It also deletes footage it previously uploaded once that footage passes a set retention age. It accesses no contacts, mail, calendar, photos, profile data or any other Google service.
Uploaded footage is used only for property monitoring by the operator. It is not sold, rented, shared with third parties, transferred to any other party, or used for advertising, analytics, profiling, or to train any model. No data is sent to any server other than Google's, and no human other than the operator accesses it.
Footage resides in the operator's own Google Drive account and is subject to Google's own terms and protections. Uploaded footage is deleted automatically after a fixed retention period. Authorization credentials are stored on a private server controlled by the operator, with file permissions restricting them to the service account that runs the application.
Access may be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revocation immediately and permanently ends the application's access to the Google account.
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
